Assistant Vice President – Subject Matter Expert (ERC) | Product Management – Agentic AI Experience:12+ Location:Bangalore | Pune | Kolkata | Delhi–NCRWe are hiring an experienced Product Management professional (AI-led Products) with strong expertise inERC (Enterprise Risk & Compliance) ,AI/ML solutions , anddomain-focused product strategy . This role drives the next generation ofAgentic AI productsacross areas likeAP Suite, S2P Suite, Controls, Compliance, and Risk Monitoring .Key Responsibilities: • Own the product roadmap and partner with Product Leads to define vision and strategy • Support product build with deep domain expertise in ERC processes • Respond to solutioning needs—RFX, proposals, and analyst evaluations • Shape product demos, narratives, use cases, and coach demo teams • Collaborate across engineering, design, GTM, marketing, and sales for launches • Provide inputs on GTM strategy, R&D prioritization, and feature planning • Represent and evangelize products in internal/external forums and industry events • Engage daily with service lines to stay updated on domain trends and customer needs.What We’re Looking For: • 12–18 years of ERC, Risk, Compliance, or Finance transformation experience • Strong understanding of AI-first product ecosystems • Hands-on experience in product management, SME roles, or presales • Excellent communication, stakeholder leadership, and storytelling skills • Ability to work in fast-moving, innovation-driven environments
