Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns acrossMeta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital channels. Drive performance marketing KPIs —ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV , and revenue growth. Managecampaign budgets , daily spend, and performance reports. Build and executeA/B testsfor creatives, audiences, and landing pages. Collaborate with thecreative and content teamsto develop high-converting ad creatives. Analyze campaign data and turn insights into actionable growth strategies. Stay ahead of performance trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats. Requirements3+ years of hands-on experience managingpaid media campaignsfor a D2C or eCommerce brand. Proven track record ofscaling campaigns profitably . Deep understanding ofMeta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics . Experience withShopify, Google Tag Manager, Pixel, Conversion API , and attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Hyros). Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Excellent communication and creative collaboration abilities. ⚡Bonus Skills (Good to Have)Experience with influencer or affiliate marketing. Basic knowledge of SEO, email automation, or retention campaigns (Klaviyo, Mailchimp). Comfort with tools likeCanva, Notion, or Figmafor ad planning and reporting.
