Description :Required Experience & Skills :- 5+ years of experience in implementation, data management, or system integration.- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse platforms.- Experience with architecting or working with ELT technologies (such as DBT) and data architectures.- Strong SQL skills and experience with data transformation tools.- Experience with ETL processes and data validation techniques.- Understanding of HR data structures and relationships.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Knowledge of programming languages (Python etc.).- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau).- Understanding of API integration patterns and technologies.- Experience with agile development methodologies.Key Responsibilities :- Lead and support data implementation, integration, and migration projects across multiple business systems.- Work with cloud data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake to design, develop, and optimize data pipelines.- Architect and manage ELT workflows using tools such as DBT, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.- Write complex SQL queries and perform advanced data transformations across large datasets.- Implement and maintain ETL processes, including data extraction, cleansing, validation, and loading.- Collaborate with HR and technical teams to understand HR data structures, relationships, and reporting requirements.- Integrate data from various systems using API-based integration patterns and modern technologies.- Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau or similar data visualization tools.- Troubleshoot data issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.- Work within an agile development environment, participating in sprints, reviews, and planning sessions.Required Experience & Skills :- 5+ years of experience in data implementation, data management, or system integration.- Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse platforms (Redshift, BigQuery, Azure Synapse).- Strong experience with ELT architectures and tools such as DBT.- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and transformation frameworks.- Experience with ETL tools, data quality checks, and validation techniques.- Good understanding of HR data models, hierarchies, and relationships.
