Job Description

Manage and grow key accounts in the two-wheeler vertical, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion within the automation-robotics industry. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and account information. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful KAM 2W Vertical should have:

A degree in engineering, business, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or account management within the industrial or manufacturing sector. Knowledge of the automation-robotics industry and its applications in the two-wheeler market. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset. Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications.
