About Us

We are a fast-growing real estate start up in Bangalore, building impactful brands and driving property sales through innovative marketing strategies. We are seeking a result-driven Senior Digital Marketing to lead our digital initiatives and scale our growth.

Key Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for property launches and ongoing campaigns.

- Drive lead generation through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, real estate portals, and social media.

- Optimize campaigns for CPL, ROI, and conversions, ensuring marketing aligns with sales goals.

- Manage and guide creative, content, and performance marketing efforts in-house.

- Oversee social media presence, content calendars, and brand communication.

- Implement marketing automation (email, WhatsApp, CRM integrations).

- Track performance, analyse metrics, and present insights to 5 - 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 23 years in real estate marketing preferred.

- Proven expertise in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media campaigns.

- Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM dashboards).

- Experience in handling marketing budgets of 520 lakhs/month.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on in a start-up environment.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

- Based in Bangalore and willing to work from our Cunningham Road office
