Role Overview:

The HR Head will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies that support the overall business strategy. This includes talent acquisition, employee engagement, training & development, performance management, and fostering a healthy, collaborative work environment that reflects the company’s wellness values.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber talent.

Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.

Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.


2. Employee Engagement & Wellness Programs:

Design and oversee employee wellness programs, aligned with the company’s mission.

Implement initiatives to boost employee morale, motivation, and retention.

Foster a culture of open communication, inclusivity, and work-life balance.


3. Training & Development:

Identify skill gaps and create training plans to enhance employee capabilities.

Implement leadership development programs to nurture future leaders.

Manage performance evaluations and promote continuous learning.


4. Compensation & Benefits:

Develop competitive compensation structures and manage benefits programs.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.

Manage payroll processes in collaboration with finance teams.


5. Performance Management:

Develop and monitor KPIs for individual and organizational performance.

Create a performance appraisal system that promotes transparency and growth.

Handle conflict resolution and grievance management efficiently.


6. Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with labor regulations and employment laws.

Develop policies on diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI).

Manage HR-related risks and ensure smooth audits and inspections.


7. Strategic HR Leadership:

Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.

Provide insights on HR metrics and trends to drive informed decision-making.

Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.


Key Requirements:

* Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.

* Experience: 7-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

* Industry Experience: Preferably from wellness, healthcare, or lifestyle sectors.

* Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

* Knowledge of HR technologies (HRMS) and best practices in employee well-being.
