The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, posting and analyzing social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and posting content, monitoring audience interactions, Communication on comments, Dms and optimizing campaigns to meet marketing goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align content strategy with broader marketing initiatives is a key part of this role. QualificationsProficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, Pinterest, and FacebookPlan and coordinate fashion shoots, reels, and campaignsWrite creative captions and track performance metricsWork closely with our founders and creative team to shape brand identityLove and experience in Fashion field a mustStrong Communication and Writing skillsExperience in developing and executing Content StrategyAnalytical skills to track performance metrics and optimize campaignsFamiliarity with social media management tools and emerging trendsAbility to collaborate effectively with team members across various departmentsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferredPrior experience (3-4 years) in a similar role is an advantage
