Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Delhi, India. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies to enhance the company’s online presence. Daily tasks include managing and creating content for social media platforms, analyzing social media metrics, optimizing posts for engagement through SMO, and collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies with business goals. The role also involves staying updated on social media trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital space. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative social media strategies aligned with brand goals. Manage content creation, posting, and engagement across platforms. Coordinate photoshoots, reels, collaborations, and influencer tie-ups. Track analytics and insights to optimize performance. Qualifications Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategies Strong Communication and Writing skills Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools Creative and analytical mindset to drive engagement and measure performance Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred Requirements: Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in lifestyle or decor brands. Strong visual sense and understanding of aesthetics. Knowledge of current trends, tools, and algorithms. Basic graphic design and content planning skills.
