Exposure to network and server coordination for seamless endpoint integration. Operational Scope: Experience managing 100+ branches and supporting an employee base of 6,000+ users. Ability to ensure compliance, standardization, and performance monitoring across all endpoints. Leadership & Management: Proven ability to lead a team of 5 or more members, handling task allocation, performance tracking, and timely project delivery. Strong communication, coordination, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: ITIL certification or equivalent process knowledge. Experience in vendor management and project rollout coordination.
