Role Overview : We are looking for a highly experienced AI Engineer to lead the end-to-end development of cutting-edge AI and generative-AI products. This role involves building scalable AI pipelines, fine-tuning large language models, deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to bring AI innovations to market.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models and generative AI solutions- Lead LLM fine-tuning, optimization, and evaluation for product-specific use cases- Build and maintain AI pipelines, including RAG architectures and vector databases- Architect and implement scalable AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI product vision and GTM strategy- Build conversational AI/chatbot applications and deploy into production- Drive experimentation, research adoption, and improvement of AI models and frameworks- Conduct prompt engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and performance benchmarking- Lead integration of model APIs, distributed compute, and MLOps frameworks- Ensure data security, model governance, and compliance with AI ethics standards- Mentor junior engineers and guide AI best practices across the organization (ref:hirist.tech)
