🚀 We're Hiring: Python Developer – HRMS Biometric Face Recognition System TDIT Solution Private Limited. is expanding our product engineering team, and we are looking for an experienced Python Developer to build an advanced Biometric Face Recognition Module integrated with our HRMS platform. If you're passionate about AI-driven automation, real-time vision systems, and scalable backend development — this role is for you. 🔹 Role: Python Developer – Biometric & HRMS Integration 📍 Location: Ambattur, Chennai (Onsite – 5 Days)- No remote/hybrid 🗓️ Working Days: Sunday to Thursday (Fri & Sat Off) 💼 Experience: 5+ Years • Develop and optimize face detection & recognition algorithms using OpenCV, Dlib & Face Recognition libraries • Build Python-based web services (Flask/Django) for biometric data integration with HRMS • Implement modules for employee onboarding, attendance tracking & reporting • Work with real-time camera feeds to ensure recognition accuracy • Ensure security, access control & performance optimization • Collaborate with HR & IT teams during system rollout and testing ✅ Required Skills • Strong expertise in Python & OOP • Hands-on experience with OpenCV, Dlib, Face Recognition • Experience in Flask / Django • Good SQL knowledge (MySQL / SQL Server) • Understanding of REST APIs / JSON ✅ Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science • Experience with biometric or HRMS applications • Familiarity with AI/ML training & model optimization ✅ How to Apply 📧 Email: aarthi@td-itsolution.com 📱 WhatsApp: +91 88072 64695 Be part of a team that’s building next-gen digital solutions.
