About the Role

We are looking for passionate and driven Sales Professionals to join our Domestic Sales team. This is an individual contributor role where you will be responsible for driving secondary sales, managing outlets, and ensuring strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage & cover all assigned outlets in the geography.
  • Ensure secondary sales delivery & product promotion.
  • Drive visibility & placement of products at retail outlets.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers & channel partners.
  • Daily market working (minimum 8 hours) and outlet visits.
  • Achieve sales targets, registrations & call productivity as per company norms.
  • Handle customer queries & escalate issues for quick resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Graduate (Any stream)
  • Experience: 2–5 years in Sales (FMCG / FMCD / Furnishing / Mattress / Handloom preferred)
  • Stability: Minimum 2 years average tenure in past organizations

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹2.7 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA
