Ovyo are partnering with a fast-growing company who are building pioneering next-generation cloud-native OTT services, supporting the scaling of their India team and operations.


This role will suit a mid-senior level Product Manager, who has experience driving the product lifecycle process from research, to creating a roadmap, development, and successful launch, ideally within the OTT or Video technology domain.


Candidates who can join us immediately or within 15 - 30 days and have strong OTT experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Execute entire PDLC: product research, market and competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
  • Effectively translate product strategy into highly detailed technical and functional requirements, enabling engineering teams to construct prototypes and finalised products
  • Ownership of product strategy documentation for business cases, high-level use cases, tech. requirements, revenue, and ROI
  • Work closely with engineering, production, marketing and commercial teams on development, quality assurance and product releases


Required Experience

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Experience in OTT video or similar video technology domain will be a distinct advantage
  • Deep understanding of the SDLC processes, tools, and best practices
  • Independently motivated, able to handle and used to a varied job description with cross functional contributions
  • Experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, simultaneously manage multiple projects, wear many hats, and effectively prioritise time
  • Demonstrably fast learner of new technical and business concepts
  • Significant experience customer-facing and collaborating with partners
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation comms skills
  • Passionate about technology, ability to converse with leaders in the field, both internally and across a growing client base
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

  • Flexibility and adaptability to get up to speed quickly with the existing team
  • Communications aptitude to lead design, architecture, and training sessions
