We are seeking a motivated and innovative Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering impactful products that delight our users and align with our business goals. This role requires a mix of strategic vision, user empathy, and technical understanding to guide cross-functional teams in creating world-class solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in product management & business analyst, preferably in a client-facing role within a service company.
- Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering tailored product solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Figma, or similar.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience of 10+ years in product management, preferably in a client-facing role within a service-oriented company.
- Expertise in Agile or Scrum methodologies with a strong track record of delivering innovative and user-centric products.
- Exceptional client engagement and relationship management skills, including the ability to align client goals with product outcomes.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, translating client needs into actionable user stories, and managing end-to-end delivery cycles.
- Hands-on experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Figma.
- Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to define and measure KPIs and present insights that influence decision-making.
- Deep understanding of market and industry trends, with the ability to provide strategic recommendations and identify growth opportunities.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs, goals, and pain points.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding product-related discussions.
- Present product roadmaps, updates, and insights to clients, ensuring alignment with their expectations.
- Define the product vision and strategy tailored to individual client requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that address client challenges.
- Prioritize features and updates based on client needs, business value, and feasibility.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and document detailed product requirements.
- Translate client needs into actionable user stories, use cases, and workflows for internal teams.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Oversee the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Work closely with design, engineering, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed client expectations.
- Manage change requests and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for client success and measure product impact.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to guide continuous improvement and innovation.
- Present data-driven insights to clients to demonstrate product value and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to offer innovative solutions to clients.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients on product evolution based on market opportunities.
