Job Title: QA/QC ExecutiveLocation: Bandra East, MumbaiSalary: Up to ₹20,000 per monthAbout the RoleWe are seeking a QA/QC Executive to join our team. The role primarily involves document validation, quality checks, and ensuring accuracy across various processes. Candidates must be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of maintaining high standards of quality control.This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with strong skills and a keen eye for detail to start their career in Quality Assurance & Control.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct document validation and verify accuracy of submitted records.Perform quality checks (QC) to ensure compliance with company standards.Identify errors, discrepancies, and gaps in documentation and resolve them promptly.Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports for quality control processes.Work closely with team members to ensure smooth workflow and error-free output.Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.Required Skills & CompetenciesAttention to detail and strong observation skills.Ability to work with large sets of documents/data without errors.Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong communication skills in Hindi & Marathi (English proficiency preferred).Ability to work under deadlines and manage time effectively.Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to accuracy.Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Graduate in any stream (mandatory).Languages: Hindi & Marathi required; English preferred.Experience: Freshers can apply, but must demonstrate excellent document handling and QC skills.Prior internship or experience in QA/QC, data entry, or documentation will be an advantage.Why Join Us?Opportunity to build a strong foundation in Quality Assurance & Control.Work with a supportive and growth-oriented team.Exposure to real-time QC processes and professional documentation standards.Competitive salary package with scope for growth.
