The role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on site experience, and the ability to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement QA/QC plans aligned with IS codes and best practices. Conduct material inspections, audits, and third-party test coordination. Collaborate with HSE officers for safety and compliance. Prepare detailed QA/QC reports and maintain inspection records. Work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve quality issues. Perform any additional quality-related duties assigned by management.Requirements8–10 years of relevant experience in QA/QC (Civil/Finishes/Building Services). Prior experience withreal estate developers or PMCsis mandatory. Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and testing protocols. Proficiency inMS Office, AutoCAD, and QA documentation software.
