You’ll be part of our finance team reporting to theAccounts Manager, ensuring complete accuracy in statutory filings, bookkeeping, and MIS reporting — while drivingautomation and efficiencyacross finance workflows using Excel VBA, Power Query, Power BI, and AI tools like ChatGPT.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and timelybookkeepingand ledgers in Tally. Ensureerror-free statutory filings(GST, ESI, PF, TDS, etc.) within due dates. Lead and coordinate theMIS reporting teamfor management dashboards. Preparemonthly reconciliationsand financial statements. Build and maintainautomated reportsand dashboards using Power BI and Excel automation (VBA, Power Query). DevelopAI-assisted workflowsfor financial data validation, invoicing, and reporting. Collaborate with the Accounts Manager to improve internal financial processes. Support internal audits and compliance documentation.Key Outcomes/KPI100%timely and error-freestatutory filings. Accurate and consistentmonthly reconciliationsand MIS reports. Automation ofat least 1–2 finance workflows per month. Improved data visibility and efficiency across finance operations.Skills & ToolsTally(expert-level proficiency). Power BI,Excel VBA,Power Query– must be hands-on. Microsoft 365andGoogle Workspace. AI tools(ChatGPT, data automation assistants). Working knowledge ofPythonor interest in learning automation scripting.
