Job Overview

Suzlon Group is seeking a HR Analytics professional to join our team in Pune. This full-time position involves leveraging HR analytics expertise to support and enhance the company's human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR analytics, HRIS, data visualization, and compliance with labor laws.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in HR analytics with a proven ability to interpret data and provide insights for strategic HR decisions.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, ensuring seamless integration and functionality to support HR operations effectively.
  • Skilled in data visualization techniques to transform complex data sets into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of HR compliance to ensure all processes adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law compliance to maintain standards and uphold regulations affecting the workforce.
  • Adept in labor relations practices to foster a cooperative and productive working environment across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in industrial relations to effectively manage interactions between the company and its workforce, promoting harmonious relations.
  • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues quickly and propose effective solutions based on data.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth HR analytics to provide insights that guide strategic decision-making for HR and organizational leadership.
  • Manage and optimize the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure its effectiveness in supporting HR processes.
  • Develop and present data visualizations that communicate key HR metrics and trends to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and labor laws to mitigate risks and uphold regulatory standards.
  • Build and maintain positive labor relations to support the company's objectives and maintain a motivated workforce.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to align HR analytics initiatives with overall business strategies and goals.
  • Provide guidance and support in industrial relations matters to address and resolve workforce issues promptly and fairly.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives within HR functions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data management.
