Lead - Club is Indias leading AI-Native debt platform enabling SMEs and startups to raise debt quickly and efficiently.We use real-time financial data, and using our proprietary underwriting product, match high-quality borrowers with institutional lenders delivering capital in weeks, not months.We serve both VC-backed growth stage startups and traditional businesses with stable cash flows, offering both secured and unsecured structured debt financing solutions.Backed by top-tier investors, Recur Club is building the infrastructure (faster, smarter, and founder-first) to power credit distribution at scale.About the Role:We are looking for a Marketing Lead to lead Recurs next phase of growth.This is a full-stack, AI-powered marketing role where youll design and execute intelligent campaigns that combine human creativity with AI-driven personalisation, analytics, and automation.You will own the marketing funnel end-to-end from data-driven audience segmentation to conversion optimisation and work closely with founders, product, and growth teams to craft campaigns that position Recur Club as the category leader in Debt for SME and Startups.You will shape one of Indias first AI-native marketing engines building playbooks that combine AI, data, automation, and creativity.What You'll Do:- Lead Generation & Funnel Growth: Own the entire marketing funnel(top, middle and bottom), with a key focus on driving qualified leads and conversions.- Integrated Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns product launches, funding announcements, ecosystem events using AI tools for creative generation (copy, design variations) and performance prediction.- Leverage AI-powered experimentation (dynamic ad copy, landing page personalization).- Performance Marketing: Drive lead generation through performance marketing, email campaigns, organic channels (SEO, social media), and targeted outreach.- Run paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic) with AI-assisted bid strategies and creative testing.- Use marketing mix modelling and attribution AI to allocate spend across channels.- AI Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Scale and run ABM programs targeting our key segments, including SMEs, lenders, partners, and investors.- Use AI to score accounts, prioritize target lists, and deliver hyper-personalized ABM campaigns.- Automate account insights competitor intelligence, trigger-based campaigns (e.g., new funding rounds, hiring spikes).- Content & Brand: Be the voice of the brand by owning all external-facing content, including case studies, blogs, and newsletters.- Use generative AI to scale content production case studies, newsletters, social posts while maintaining brand tone and compliance.- Collaborate with founders to create thought leadership powered by AI (market reports, debt trend analyses).- Thought Leadership: Partner with founders and leadership to create thought leadership content and strengthen Recur's position in the debt lending ecosystem.- Data & Analytics: Use data to inform strategy, manage data enrichment, and segment audiences for personalized campaigns at scale.- Build a marketing analytics layer dashboards that combine CRM, ad platforms, and AICA borrower data.- Run continuous growth experiments, using AI to simulate outcomes before deploying a budget.- Translate learnings into scalable playbooks for future campaigns.What We're Looking For:- Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B Fintech, Banks, NBFCs or other high-growth startups.- AI-Native Mindset: You live and work off AI tools (HubSpot AI, ChatGPT, Jasper, Mutiny, Clearbit, Clay, Zapier, etc.- Graduate from a tier 1 business school, with a proven track record of high achievement.- Demand Generation: Proven track record of building and scaling demand-gen and ABM programs.- Technical Skills: Strong grasp of HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn campaigns, and email automation and familiarity with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics).- You live and work off AI tools.- Proven track record of managing agencies and cross functional teams briefs, SLAs etc.- Content & Storytelling: Exceptional content marketing and storytelling skills to create relevant communications.
