Location-Mumbai Grade - upto AVP- To lead and manage the Agri Banking business across the assigned cluster/region by driving sales, ensuring portfolio growth, maintaining asset quality, and developing strong customer and stakeholder relationships.- Responsible for achieving business targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.Key Deliverables / KPIs:Business Growth:- Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets for Agri loans, deposits & fee income.- Increase cluster market share in Agri finance.Portfolio Quality:- Maintain PAR (Portfolio at Risk) & NPA within approved limits.- Ensure timely renewal and monitoring of accounts.Team Productivity:- Ensure 100% manpower availability at branches.- Drive team performance through training, reviews, and target achievements.Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:- Strengthen relationships with farmers, FPOs, agri-MSMEs, and co-operatives.- Leverage government schemes & subsidy programs for business.Compliance & Risk:- 100% adherence to audit norms, credit policy, and regulatory guidelines.- Zero tolerance for compliance lapses.Innovation & Digital:- Drive digital penetration (UPI, KCC cards, mobile banking, etc.) in rural/agri segment.- Support adoption of new agri-linked financial products.Requirements:- Graduate/Post-Graduate in Agriculture, Agri Business, Finance, or related fields (MBA preferred).- 8 to 10 years of banking experience with strong exposure to Agri / Rural banking with both b2b and b2b experience .- Proven track record in sales, business development, and portfolio management.- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.- Knowledge of local Agri markets, government schemes, and agri value chains.
