This is an team handling role focused on driving revenue, delivering exceptional client value, and strengthening adoption of process among SMEs and merchants.Key Responsibilities- Visit assigned leads (SMEs & merchants) and onboard them. - Drive end-to-end sales—from lead qualification to closure, with both presales and post-sales engagement. - Build and execute strategies to achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets. - Educate clients on the process, campaign optimization, and ROI-driven marketing. - Understand client needs and create customized advertising proposals. - Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams for smooth onboarding and campaign delivery. - Maintain an accurate, updated sales pipeline using CRM tools. - Stay updated on Google Ads feature enhancements, digital trends, and competition. - Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and growth plans for management. - Provide direction and support aligned with organizational goals (team management exposure preferred).Key Skills & Competencies- Strong experience in field sales. - Packaging and sales - Deep understanding of Google Adverts, PPC, SEM, and digital marketing. - Proven ability to drive sales targets and manage on-ground realities. - Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools. - Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). - 8–12 years of experience in digital ad sales / package sales, preferably in Google Ads or online advertising. - Google Ads certification is a strong advantage.
