He/She will be handling the Business Growth team for corporate collaborations across all regions.1. Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy:- Define sales targets and objectives aligned with the company's overall goals.- Identify key market segments and target customers within the B2B space.- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's B2B customer base.2. Build and maintain relationships with key clients:- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in B2B accounts.- Understand client needs to tailor solutions and proposals accordingly.- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on how our products/services can address their challenges and objectives.3. Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.- Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, and take corrective actions as needed.- Forecast sales accurately and focus on building constant sales pipeline.4. Collaborate cross-functionally:- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for B2B sales initiatives.- Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing efforts.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.Qualifications and Requirements:- 8-10 years of sales (B2B sales) growth and development with an education or SAAS industry.- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.- Strong understanding of how to approach, position talent & leadership development conversations with University Principals, CHROs, L&D & HR professionals as well as Business/C-suite Executives- Strong communication and presentation skills - adept at developing, pitching and closing large deals. Gravitas to pitch to CXOs, CHROs, CLOs/L&D and government heads.- Willingness to travel PAN INDIA.- Ability to develop and position winning proposals to clients (ref:iimjobs.com)
