The role involves managing end-to-end leasing activities, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving leasing performance across our retail and commercial projects.Key Responsibilities- Manage the complete leasing process from prospecting to closure, including site visits, negotiations, documentation, and coordination. - Act as liaison between tenants, brokers, consultants, legal counsel, architects, and internal teams. - Lead daily leasing operations while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standards. - Review and negotiate lease transactions and agreements. - Ensure completion of all paperwork and maintain a high level of client servicing. - Monitor department productivity and contribute to overall profitability. - Develop and implement leasing policies and procedures for operational efficiency. - Track and analyze competition, market trends, and opportunities. - Build and maintain strong networks with IPCs and leading leasing brokers. - Engage in direct marketing and outreach to prospective corporate tenants.Qualifications- Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM preferred). - 5+ years of experience in retail or commercial leasing. - Certification in retail leasing (preferred but not mandatory). - Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Proven ability to drive leasing strategies and achieve targets.What We Offer- Competitive salary package. - Opportunity to work on landmark retail projects in NCR. - Growth-oriented and collaborative work environment.Apply now if you have a strong background in leasing, business development, and stakeholder management and are ready to contribute to the success of KW Group’s retail projects.
