Summary:


To promote various service and product offerings of the company – Readymade e-learning courses, Video based and SCORM customized training content development, enterprise B2B sales, LMS services etc.


Responsibilities:


1. Setting up meetings with existing and potential clients for Enterprise eLearning Services.

- Custom Content Development, Customised Learning Management System (LMS), eLearning Consulting solutions, off the shelf products.

- Giving Corporate and services Presentation /Demonstration to clients.

2. Meeting the right person in HR / L&D departments, CXOs of the company.

- Mapping potential customer & generate leads, new opportunity and sales for the organization.

3. Responsible for maintaining good relation with existing clients and cross selling and client mining.

4. Responsible for all pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI response, conceptualize solutions, service mapping, etc

5. Maintaining full life cycle of sales process from prospecting to closure.

6. Spearheading new business development and client management for the allotted area / region

7. Researching the market and identifying potential target customers

8. Maintain the status of all prospects on daily/weekly/monthly basis and submit it to the management.

9. Hands on experience in eLearning sales and business development would be preferred.

10. Meeting quarterly and annually sales targets and KPIs.

12. To maintain profitability of training transactions and DSO

13. To ensure payment is collected on time

14. Compliance to all laid down quality processes



Qualifications:


  • Must have in-depth working hands-on and knowledge of eLearning industry or Corporate Training domain.
  • MBA and other qualification in the field of sales and Marketing preferable
  • 5-6 years of minimum experience in the Sales position
  • Good command over English and local language preferably
  • Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities
  • Should be able to develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms
  • Working closely with other teams/departments to develop new business
  • Participating and representing the company at corporate/networking events
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, team building capabilities, good coordination with project execution teams and client
