CLIENT: Leading API manufacturer with two manufacturing facilities globally recognized for its quality and regulatory compliance.R&D Center based in Hyderabad focuses on the Product development and CDMO Services It partners with global clients to accelerate drug development.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

• Develop protocol to simplify purification of oligomers to avoid multiple purifications ultimately resulting the reduced cost of oligomer drug products and completion of projects well before deadline.
• Develop cost-efficient process and synthesized peptide nucleic acids monomers at 100 g scale, and transferred technology for scale up at kg scale.
• Purification and analysis of compounds using techniques like HPLC, NMR, and mass spectrometry.
• Ensure successful characterization of synthesized molecules to meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Analyzing and interpreting analytical data to assess the purity, structure, and identity of nucleosides and nucleotides will be crucial.
• Experience in planning C executing bench work related to the development of various APIs and intermediates, ensuring that all processes are optimized for scalability and efficiency.
• Ensure successful characterization of synthesized molecules to meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Analyze and interpret analytical data to assess the purity, structure, and identity of nucleosides and nucleotides.

INCUMBENT PROFILE:

• Ph.D. (Organic Chemistry). Process Development Chemist (API), Nucleic Acid Chemist, Peptide Chemist.
• Hands on experience in synthesis, purification, and characterization of nucleosides and

nucleotides in the laboratory setting, applying expertise in synthetic chemistry to develop efficient processes for their production.

• Extensive experience in multi-step synthesis, and medicinal chemistry,characterizing organic compounds.
• Expertise in Nucleoside and Nucleotide synthesis, purification, and characterization, with a deep understanding of laboratory practices, analytical data interpretation.
