What You’ll Be Up To


SEO Sorcery:

  • Conduct keyword research to ensure websites speak Google’s language fluently.
  • Optimize web pages with stellar meta tags, alt text, and all those fun SEO bits.
  • Build backlinks like a pro to help clients climb those search rankings.
  • Analyze traffic and rankings with tools like Google Analytics—because data doesn’t lie.
  • Stay cool when Google drops a new algorithm update (and adapt like a champ).


Website Wizardry:

  • Design and maintain websites that wow, using WordPress, GoHighLevel (training provided) or good old HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
  • Content Writing according to the results of the Keywords list generated
  • Make sure everything works beautifully on mobile
  • Boost website speed so users don’t age waiting for pages to load.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure branding and UI/UX elements are on point.
  • Handle web hosting, domains, and email services without breaking a sweat.


Reporting & Client Chats:

  • Create SEO reports that even non-techies can understand (bonus points for pretty graphs).
  • Keep clients in the loop about their website’s glow-up.
  • Coordinate with the Office Manager to sprinkle some SEO magic onto social media projects.


Team Spirit & Leadership:

  • Lead our technical squad like the captain of a winning team.
  • Share your wisdom with the team by training them on web design and SEO tools.
  • Collaborate with other departments to make sure everything runs smoothly (and nobody gets left out).


Continuous Learning:

  • Stay updated on what’s new in SEO, web design, and digital marketing (spoiler: it’s always something).
  • Experiment with tools and techniques to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Level up your skills—maybe that advanced coding course you’ve been eyeing?
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in SEO and web design.
  • Familiarity with WordPress (required), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SEO tools.
  • A love for analytics and turning numbers into stories.
  • Strong communication skills—you’ll be chatting with clients and leading teams.
  • Experience and Proficiency in Design tools like Photoshop/Canva/DreamWeaver
  • Coding Proficiency: Solid foundation in coding, should be capable of implementing technical solutions and customizing website functionalities to meet client requirements.
