Role Summary :

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer with 6- 7 years of relevant experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI and Machine Learning solutions. This role is ideal for a strong technical professional who can grow into a Lead position in the near future. You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of AI/ML projects, from requirement gathering to model deployment, while also mentoring junior team members.

The role requires hands-on expertise in ML, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, NLP, and LLMs with the ability to build scalable, production-grade AI systems. Strong coding skills in Python and a proven track record in implementing AI/ML models in real-world applications are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical proposals.

- Design, develop, train, and optimize AI/ML models for diverse use cases (NLP, Computer Vision, OCR, LLM based solutions).

- Lead proof-of-concept (POC) and proof-of-technology (POT) initiatives, including solution demonstrations and workshops.

- Translate business problems into technical requirements and deliver efficient AI/ML solutions.

- Deploy AI/ML models as services or APIs using Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and/or Kubernetes.

- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends, frameworks, and technologies (e.g., transformers, LLMs, generative models).

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

- Contribute to organizational AI/ML strategy and innovation roadmap.

Required Skills & Experience :

Core Expertise :


- Strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, NLP.

- Hands-on with OpenCV, OCR algorithms, and advanced neural networks (CNN, RNN, GANs, Transformers, etc.).

- Large Language Models (LLMs) : Experience with GPT-3.5/4, LLaMA, Mistral, Gemini, etc.

- LLM Integration : Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AgentGPT.

- Strong knowledge of Python with frameworks like Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Keras, and & DevOps :


- Experience deploying AI models as REST APIs or services.

- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).

- Proficiency in unit testing and secure development Potential :


- Experience leading or mentoring a small team of AI/ML engineers.

- Ability to take ownership, work independently, and scale into a Lead role.

Soft Skills :


- Strong client-facing and communication skills.

- Logical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.

- 6- 7 years of relevant AI/ML experience (strong technical foundation, not just tool usage).

- Exposure to transformer models, embeddings, generative AI, and multimodal AI solutions.

- Ability to contribute to hiring, team development, and organizational initiatives.
