Founding AI Architect – Frontier Logistics AI ModelLocation: Pune, India (On-site)Type: Full-Time | Founding Team PositionExperience & Mandatory Skillset- Experience: 5+ years building and deploying AI/ML systems in production - Domain Expertise: Strong exposure to logistics, supply chain, or fleet optimization - Core Skills: - Deep Learning (PyTorch / TensorFlow) - Forecasting & Optimization Algorithms - Scalable Data Pipelines (Spark, Kafka, or similar) - MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow, CI/CD for ML) - Cloud Infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure) - Advanced Python & Software Engineering best practicesAbout the RoleWe’re building the next generation of intelligent logistics infrastructure — AI systems that optimize fleets, predict demand, and automate decision-making at scale.As the Founding AI Architect, you’ll design and lead the architecture, training pipelines, and deployment of production-grade machine learning models that power real-world logistics operations.Key Responsibilities- Design and implement AI/ML architectures for forecasting and logistics optimization. - Develop production-grade, real-time inference systems for large-scale data. - Build scalable training pipelines and establish MLOps workflows for retraining and monitoring. - Integrate ML models into operational systems and cloud APIs. - Define the AI/ML technical roadmap and make core architecture decisions. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate business goals into AI-driven outcomes. - Mentor the AI/ML team and drive best practices in experimentation and model governance.Preferred Qualifications- Background in operations research, applied mathematics, or optimization. - Experience with simulation modeling, geospatial data, or network optimization. - Published research or open-source work related to forecasting, logistics, or optimization. - Strong understanding of modern ML architectures and scalable production systems.Why Join Us- Join the founding team shaping AI innovation in logistics. - Build and deploy AI systems that move the physical world. - Solve complex, high-impact problems in a data-rich environment. - Take ownership of end-to-end systems — from concept to production.Interested?Apply now or share your resume at sushmita@olivegreenconsulting.com
