Summary of the Role:

The CLM Functional Consultant will assist in implementing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools focusing on configuring and customizing the system to meet client requirements. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their contract management processes and providing recommendations for optimization and automation within the CLM tool. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements creating business and solution documents developing user stories and test cases troubleshooting issues supporting functional testing and assisting in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployment. The consultant will also participate in requirements gathering sessions translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure the CLM solution meets quality standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of CLM tools with a focus on configuring and customizing the system to meet client requirements and objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their contract management processes and workflows and provide recommendations for optimizing and automating these processes within the CLM tool.

  • Gather and document requirements and responsible for creating Business Requirement documents Solution documents etc.

  • Create User stories and Test Cases based on the captured requirements knowledge of Jira Lucid chart or a similar tool Interact with customers on/ offsite to troubleshoot issues provide workarounds by leveraging your troubleshooting skills

  • Assist in functional testing and support in conducting UAT and PROD deployment

  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions with clients to capture their business needs and translate them into technical specifications for the CLM solution.

  • Support in configuring and customizing the CLM tool including creating templates workflows and business rules to align with client requirements and best practices.

  • Assist in conducting system testing to ensure the CLM solution meets quality standards and fulfills client expectations.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Technology or equivalent

  • At Least 34 years of experience on configuration integration migration. Understanding of endtoend Contract Lifecycle or Source to Pay cycle.

  • 36 years of experience in implementing CLM tools such as Icertis with a solid understanding of contract management processes.

  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing CLM tools to meet client requirements.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients effectively and internal stakeholders

Bachelor\'s degree in Technology or equivalent In-depth knowledge of technical and functional aspects of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools Certification in any Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools Proven ability to lead both functional and project management aspects of large CLM implementations. Skilled in translating business requirements into technical specifications, designing, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting CLM tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, Visio). Strong communication skills with experience providing CLM tool demos to prospective clients and leading Business Analyst roles in large projects.
