Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CLM Functional Consultant to join our team at Execo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Contract Lifecycle Management tools and a proven track record of implementing successful CLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement CLM tools, focusing on configuring and customizing the system to meet client requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their contract management processes and workflows and provide recommendations for optimizing and automating these processes within the CLM tool.
  • Gather and document requirements, creating Business Requirement documents, Solution documents, etc.
  • Create User stories and Test Cases based on captured requirements, knowledge of Jira, Lucid chart, or similar tools, and interact with customers on/off-site to troubleshoot issues and provide workarounds.
  • Assist in functional testing and support in conducting UAT and PROD deployment.
  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions with clients to capture their business needs and translate them into technical specifications for the CLM solution.
  • Support configuring and customizing the CLM tool, including creating templates, workflows, and business rules to align with client requirements and best practices.
  • Assist in conducting system testing to ensure the CLM solution meets quality standards and fulfills client expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in configuration, integration, and migration, understanding of end-to-end Contract Lifecycle or Source-to-Paycycle.
  • 3 years of experience in implementing CLM tools such as Icertis with a solid understanding of contract management processes.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing CLM tools to meet client requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients effectively and internal stakeholders.
