About the Role We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise inService Cloudto join our team. The ideal candidate will have around 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service processes.Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and customizeSalesforce Service Cloudfeatures such as Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omnichannel, Service Console, and Entitlements. Develop custom solutions usingApex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flowto enhance Service Cloud functionality. Integrate Service Cloud with third-party applications and internal systems. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Work on automation, workflow rules, process builder, and advancedflowsto streamline service operations. Ensure code quality through unit testing and adherence to Salesforce best practices. Participate in deployment, release management, and ongoing support activities.Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with afocus on Service Cloud . Strong knowledge ofCase Management, Service Console, Email-to-Case, Live Chat, and Knowledge Base . Hands-on experience withApex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flows . Good understanding of Salesforce security model and data model. Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations. SalesforceService Cloud Consultant certification(preferred, not mandatory).Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
