Job Title: Pricing Analyst - Deal Desk

Experience: 2 to 5 years in Pricing Management

Location: Bangalore (Electronic City) - WFO

Education: Engineering (EC/EE/CS/IT) OR MBA

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners - 1 Month


Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop commercial proposals for customers across the globe based on business intelligence & competition details.
  • Partner with Presales, Sales, Supply Chain, and Product Line Management teams to validate product positioned along with the costing & pricing being considered.
  • Study market trends on pricing, competition, and products from across several regions of significance.
  • Recommend bid pricing with justification based on the trend studies & business analytics available.
  • Interact with senior management on a regular basis to understand strategy and implement the same in terms of bid decisions and prices.

  • A highly analytical self-starter with sound decision-making skills.
  • In addition to technical background, this job requires a lot of meticulous work, attention to detail, infinite patience, good communication & people skills
  • Ability to prioritize at times of high volume and stress e.g. Quarter-End, short notice tender submission
  • Strong communication and positive interpersonal skills
  • Have the ability to influence and work collaboratively at all levels of the organization. Be comfortable advising senior sales management on key deals to support their business
  • Ability to create business intelligence reports is a plus
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
