Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the development of our software products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and proficiency in tools like JIRA and Google Sheets.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects, ensuring they align with our business goals, and delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software product projects.

- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

- Manage project scope and changes, ensuring any adjustments are documented and agreed upon.

- Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders.

- Ensure Agile methodologies are applied throughout the project lifecycle.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.

- Utilize JIRA for tracking project tasks and Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.

- Conduct regular project reviews and revise schedules as required.

- Manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.

Mandatory Skills :

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in software product development.

- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Proficiency in JIRA for project tracking and Google Sheets for data management.

- Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a program management role within the software industry.
