Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:Drive branding campaigns; enhance candidate experience; represent at events and campus drives. Compliance & Reporting:Ensure adherence to labour laws; maintain hiring metrics; manage documentation and audits. Talent Pipeline Development:Build proactive sourcing strategies; partner with institutions and agencies; support internal mobility and succession planning. Qualifications & Experience: Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in real estate or related sectors. Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies and market trends. Proven ability to scale hiring and lead teams. Key Competencies: Strategic planning, employer branding, recruitment analytics, leadership, compliance.
