We’re a design-first home & lifestyle studio blending traditional Indian craft with contemporary storytelling—think hand-painted frames, embroidered cushions, sculptural rugs. We’re looking for someone who gets the vibe and is ready to scale our digital presence visually. ️ What You'll Do (Day-to-Day):Shoot : 2–3 days/week in our Gurgaon showroom or studio — reels, stills, lifestyle shots, behind-the-scenes. ✂️Edit : Reels, videos, photos—on-brand and aesthetic, using tools like CapCut, InShot, Premiere, Lightroom. Plan : Co-create and execute the content calendar alongside our Brand Manager. Style : Show off artisan processes, WIP shots, new launches, and studio vibes. Create : Assets for Instagram, our website, campaign decks, and e-comm listings. Explore : Play with tools like MidJourney, Canva, Runway ML—AI-literate is a plus ️Support : Capture retail events, showroom walk-throughs, and customer stories. What We’re Looking For:2–4 years of content creation experience (preferably in lifestyle, fashion, interior design, or D2C brands). Excellent eye for detail, symmetry, light, and color. Proficient with basic editing tools (CapCut, Lightroom, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) Strong knowledge of Instagram, Pinterest, and content trends. Bonus: You love crafts, textiles, design history—or have a Pinterest board dedicated to Indian homes. Performance Metrics You'll Own:3–5 reels/week, 3 grid posts/week, 10+ stories/week Consistent brand look & tone Engagement metrics (reach, saves, shares) Timely asset delivery for all campaigns Visual storytelling across all SKUs ✨ Why Join Us?
