We are looking for a proactive and skilled HR Recruiter for a role based in Medak. This position involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. You will play a vital role in helping our clients build high-performing teams.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
• Source candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Provide feedback and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate documentation.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and implement innovative hiring strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
