Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand & Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across stores and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will drive brand growth, enhance customer engagement, and execute high-impact campaigns in a fast-paced QSR environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to increase footfall and online orders.

- Develop and implement Local Store Marketing (LSM) strategies to drive regional growth.

- Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and run targeted digital advertising campaigns.

- Collaborate with the operations team to enhance brand visibility and customer experience.

- Conduct market research to track trends, competitors, and customer insights for strategy refinement.

- Build partnerships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and local communities to boost promotions.

- Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors for promotional materials, signage, and campaigns.

- Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and present actionable insights to Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in QSR, F&B, or retail sectors.

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategy.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
