Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities such as preparing sales proposals, generating quotes, and responding to customer inquiries. Serve as a point of contact for customers and provide timely assistance as needed.
  • Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all relevant information is recorded and communicated to the appropriate departments. Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics and finance to ensure timely order fulfillment and payment processing.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain customer databases and records, keeping them updated with relevant information such as contact details, purchase history, and communication preferences. Assist in building and nurturing customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Sales Reporting: Assist in preparing sales reports and performance analysis for management review. This may include compiling sales data, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Help track sales metrics such as conversion rates, pipeline growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns. This may involve distributing marketing materials, coordinating event logistics, and assisting with digital marketing efforts such as social media management and email marketing.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements. Help maintain organized filing systems and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop sales and marketing skills. Seek opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.


Qualifications

  • Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, and Sales skills
  • Customer service and Communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
