Job Title: ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) SpecialistJob Type: Remote (US Shift : 2 PM to 11 PM)Experience: 7+ yearsJob Summary:We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM expert to configure and customize ServiceNow applications for Strategic Portfolio Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and managing SPM modules, including Project & Portfolio Management, Demand Management, and Resource Planning.Key Responsibilities:- Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM applications to meet business requirements - Implement and manage Project & Portfolio Management, Demand Management, and Resource Planning modules - Develop and maintain SPM workflows, dashboards, and reports - Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and prioritize projects - Provide training and support to end-users on SPM best practices - Analyze and optimize SPM processes to improve efficiency and effectivenessRequired Skills & Experience:- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and configuration - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM module - Strong knowledge of Project & Portfolio Management, Demand Management, and Resource Planning - Experience with ServiceNow workflow development and customization - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications:- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Specialist or Certified Implementation Specialist) - Experience with Agile methodologies and IT service management best practices - Knowledge of ITIL framework
