We’re looking for anEngineering Lead who can both build and lead— someone who is excited to own the architecture, ship fast, and guide a small team as we scale. If you enjoy solving complex problems, experimenting quickly, and getting features from idea → shipped → improved, you’ll love working with us. What You’ll Do Own the tech roadmapand make core architectural decisions for backend, frontend, and DevOps. Behands-on : design and build backend services in Python, scalable APIs, and data models (MongoDB / SQL / NoSQL). Work closely with the frontend team and contribute to our React codebase when needed. Lead and mentora small, sharp engineering team — code reviews, pairing, guidance. Ship fast, iterate fast, and maintain a balance between short-term speed and long-term scalability. Collaborate directly with Founders, Design, and Product on what to build, why, and how.What You Bring 7–12 years of experience building products end-to-end. Strong backend fundamentals inPython(Django/FastAPI/Flask). Experience withMongoDBand familiarity with SQL/NoSQL systems. Solid understanding ofReact , modern JS tooling, and API/frontend integration. Experience inmicroservices, REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) . A start-up mindset — you’re hands-on, scrappy, and take ownership without waiting for instructions.
