The Role :

Were looking for a Head of Engineering, a visionary leader with the technical depth to build blockchain systems and the strategic mind to integrate AI at the protocol, product, and process level.

This isnt just about leading engineers, its about scaling AI-native engineering across the entire stack. You will define architecture, ship mission-critical blockchain infrastructure, and embed intelligent agents into how the product functions, learns, and evolves.

You will report directly to the founders and help shape CoinCROWDs technical future.

What Youll Do :

Architect the Blockchain Stack :

- Lead development of CoinCROWDs crypto coin : protocol selection, tokenomics, consensus, launch

- Oversee wallet infrastructure, smart contracts (ERCs, staking, ICO), liquidity systems, and APIs

- Build for scalability, composability, and cross-chain interoperability

Build an AI-Native Engineering Function :

- Architect AI agents (AutoGPT, LangChain, DSPy) for fraud detection, transaction simulation, KYC automation, volatility alerts, smart contract audits, and portfolio rebalancing

- Create internal dev workflows using n8n, Airflow, or custom GPT-powered tooling

- Enable AI-driven decision support across smart contracts, compliance, and UX

Lead & Scale the Engineering Org :

- Hire, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team (blockchain devs, backend, AI/ML, DevOps)

- Own technical delivery, project prioritization, and system reliability

- Champion a culture of speed, quality, and Compliance & Ops :

- Design with security as a first principle from wallet keys to on-chain governance

- Ensure compliance with evolving crypto regulations globally (AML/KYC, GDPR)

- Oversee infrastructure management, DevOps, and incident response Leadership :

- Collaborate with Product, Growth, Legal, and Community teams to align roadmap and GTM

- Support strategic conversations with investors, advisors, and partners

- Translate complex tech into narratives that non-technical stakeholders understand

Mandatory Qualifications :

- 10+ years in software development, including 5+ years in blockchain & decentralized systems

- Deep hands-on expertise with EVM-compatible chains, Solidity, and either Rust or Go

- Proven track record leading AI-integrated engineering orgs or building with frameworks like :

A. LangChain, AutoGPT, OpenDevin, DSPy,

B. Vector DBs, orchestrators like n8n/Airflow,

C. Custom LLM agents embedded into backend systems

- Strong grasp of tokenomics, ICO mechanics, staking logic, and DeFi architecture

- Familiarity with both CEX/DEX listing flows and token lifecycle management

- Experience scaling products from MVP to production in startup environments

- Ability to design secure, modular, high-throughput blockchain applications

- Outstanding communication, team-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to Have :

- Experience launching a Layer 1 / Layer 2 protocol or token

- Prior work in DeFi, DAOs, dIdentity, or token governance systems

- Contributions to open-source Web3 projects or communities

- Previous experience as a technical founder, CTO, or early tech leader

- Strong presence with investors or ability to support technical fundraising conversations

- You've built AI tools that auto-debug, refactor code, or explain smart contracts
