Job Description :


1. Explain and communicate the design / development to the customer


2. Perform and evaluate test results against product specifications


3. Break down complex problems into logical components


4. Estimate effort time and resources required for developing / debugging features / components


5. Perform and evaluate test in the customer or target environment


6. Make quick decisions on technical/project related challenges


7. Manage a team mentor and handle people related issues in team


8. The ability to maintain high motivation levels and positive dynamics in the team.


9. Interface with other teams designers and other parallel practices


10. Set goals for self and team. Provide feedback for team members


11. Create and articulate impactful technical presentations


12. Follow high level of business etiquette in emails and other business communication


13. Drive conference calls with customers and answer customer questions


14. Proactively ask for and offer help


15. Ability to work under pressure determine dependencies risks facilitate planning and handle multiple

tasks.


16. Build confidence with customers by meeting the deliverables on time with quality.


17. Estimate effort time and resources required for developing / debugging features / components


Knowledge Required :


- Functional and technical designing on various ERP/CRM cloud platform features and automations.


- Thorough knowledge of coding best practices; understanding the limitations of coding


- Experience using data loading tools.


- Experience on production deployment and solving deployment errors.


- Knowledge of Agile Methods - Scrum and Kanban.


- Experience in integration with external systems using SOAP API REST API etc.


Additional Comments :


Oracle SCM Support Lead Key Job Responsibilities :


- Lead a team of support analysts to provide application support for critical business applications on Oracle Fusion SCM.


- Single point of contact for customer service manager, IT teams and other stakeholders to liaise with the customer teams , provide status, coordinate new rollouts, implementations and Oracle quarterly updates.


- Lead solution discussions with business and technical architects on Oracle Fusion and related integrations


- Mentor team and junior members on scaling up support with product knowledge and continuous improvements


- Understand business requirements, business problems and provide possible solutions working with customer stakeholders, business analysts, technical architects, and product owners of external systems


- Work with Oracle on issues, and ability to support Sev1 24X7 support tickets -


- Ability to gauge and present business impact and mitigation plans for major support issues Mandatory


Skills : -


- Support Lead experience -


- Subject matter expertise in one or more of the areas


- Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Oracle Order Management Cloud, Inventory, Procurement Global Order Promising, Oracle Planning Central Cloud


- Understand and support technical components like Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Rest APIs and integrations


- Overall understanding of ERP /SCM domains -


- Good knowledge of overall Oracle Fusion architecture


- Good communication and presentations skills to manage users and stakeholders


- Experience with support processes, ticketing, incident, request, problem and change management, SLAs, KPIs and Continuous Improvements :
