๐๐ผ๐ฏ ๐ง๐ถ๐๐น๐ฒ: Junior Paid Media Specialist ๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น: 1 - 3 years. ๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Vadodara, Gujarat, India ๐ฆ๐ต๐ถ๐ณ๐ ๐ง๐ถ๐บ๐ฒ: US Shift (10-hour shift including a 1-hour break)๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ด๐ป ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ โข Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and Meta Ads. โข Support in planning full-funnel paid strategies aligned with B2B buyer journeys. โข Manage daily campaign budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to ensure performance efficiency. ๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ๐บ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ข๐ฝ๐๐ถ๐บ๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป โข Track and analyze KPIs, including CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rate. โข Conduct regular A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments. โข Implement optimization recommendations to improve ROI. ๐๐๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ง๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ด๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด โข Research and build custom B2B audience segments based on firmographics, job titles, and interests. โข Leverage lookalike and retargeting strategies to increase lead quality and pipeline contribution. ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ & ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐ผ๐น๐น๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป โข Work with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging. โข Provide insights on creative performance and recommend data-driven improvements.๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด & ๐๐ป๐๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐๐ โข Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights. โข Identify trends and opportunities to improve campaign efficiency.๐ง๐ผ๐ผ๐น๐ & ๐ฃ๐น๐ฎ๐๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ๐บ๐ โข Use Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Campaign Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.). โข Assist in campaign tracking and attribution setup using UTM tagging and CRM integrations.๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ โข 1โ3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in the B2B space. โข Proven knowledge of Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads platforms. โข Understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and lead generation metrics. โข Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel/Sheets for reporting. โข Basic understanding of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel) is a plus. โข Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data. โข Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in communication.๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐ (๐ก๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ) โข Experience with automation workflows. โข Exposure to A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO). โข Basic familiarity with SEO or organic demand gen principles. โข Certification(s) in Google Ads, Ads, or Meta Blueprint.
