- Ensure the implementation of high engineering standards for all AI solutions, guaranteeing their production-readiness, scalability, maintainability, and overall quality.

- Own the complete lifecycle management of AI solutions, continuously optimizing deployments by strategizing and executing migrations from premium to more cost-effective models over time without compromising :


- 2+ years of experience building AI-powered software applications, ideally within client-facing or product focused roles.

- Strong software engineering fundamentals and fluency in Python.

- Proficiency with REST APIs and modern cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Proven ability to build robust, scalable AI systems from concept to production.

- Experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI is highly desirable.

- Experience with diverse AI models and platforms (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS AI, proprietary APIs), and a deep understanding of when to apply each model based on use case and constraints.

- Experience with varied RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) approaches and vector stores, including designing evaluation systems, and a deep understanding of the tradeoffs across different approaches.

- Creative, outcome-focused problem solver with excellent analytical and strategic decision-making skills.

- Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and deliver meaningful business outcomes with high

agency.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to clearly articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
