Grow Your Staff is looking for a Medical Biller for a pharmaceutical research company, based in the US. The position is a full-time remote position. 

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in the UK. 

Experience required: 5-7 years 

CTC: INR 8 LPA- 14 LPA

Location: Remote

Time- 5:00 pm- 2:00 am (Monday - Friday)

Type of employment- Full-time 

Responsibilities:

  • Review clinical trial protocols, informed consent, and coverage analyses to determine billable services
  • Differentiate and bill routine care to payers/patients and research-specific procedures to sponsors, ensuring CMS and Medicare compliance
  • Generate, submit, and reconcile sponsor invoices according to protocol schedules
  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and denials in collaboration with study coordinators and finance teams
  • Maintain documentation and billing compliance for audits, under the oversight of the client's quality leadership
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of SOPs for billing processes

Qualification: 

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, life sciences, finance, or a related field 
  • 5 years of experience, specifically in clinical research, is a prerequisite
  • Proficient with EMR/EHR systems, billing software, and CTMS platforms
  • Certification, such as CPB (Certified Professional Biller) or CRB (Certified Research Biller), is a bonus 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong communication abilities and proven collaboration with clinical, operations, and finance teams
