Our mission is to help every borrower make smarter decisions using automation, transparency, and real-time insights.FinPe is founded by an experienced entrepreneur who has: Built a₹2,000+ crorebook size in digital busines Now building FinPe with an ambitious target of achieving a ₹100 crore monthly run rate Joining at this stage providesfounding-level influenceover product, tech, and architecture.Role Overview – Fractional CTO → Full-Time CTO (Post-Funding)We are hiring aFractional CTOfor the final MVP build + launch phase. After funding, this role willtransition into a full-time CTOwith a competitive salary and ESOP structure.Chennai-based candidates only(or willing to relocate immediately). On-site presence is highly preferredduring the build and launch phase.Key Responsibilities Technology LeadershipDefine and implement FinPe’s technology roadmap across Web + Mobile. Own architecture decisions for scalability, performance, and security.Hands-On DevelopmentLead full-stack development:Next.js, React.js, Node.js, TypeScript Lead mobile app development in React Native or Flutter Manage API integrations, cloud infra (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, and deployments.Team & Product CollaborationBuild and mentor early engineering team members. Work closely with the Founder to translate business needs into product execution. Ensure fintech-grade security & compliance (RBI, PCI-DSS standards).InnovationIdentify tools, tech, and frameworks that give FinPe a competitive edge.Required Skills & Experience7+ years in full-stack + mobile app development. Strong expertise inNext.js, React.js, Node.js, TypeScript . Proven experience withReact Native or Flutter . Experience leading engineering teams or working as a Tech Lead/CTO. Strong understanding of cloud systems (AWS/GCP), fintech security, and APIs. Ability to scale systems for high user volume.Preferred QualificationsExperience in fintech, lending, NBFC, or payments. Worked with financial APIs, credit systems, or compliance frameworks. UG or PG from a reputed / premium institute is a plus (not mandatory).
