What role will you play?
As a key member of the team, you will design and build tools, scripts, and automation frameworks to streamline workflows while developing, monitoring, alerting, and telemetry solutions to proactively address platform issues.
In this exciting role, you will apply coding expertise in a application support and site reliability context. Also, you will play a significant role contributing to the stability, scalability, and performance of critical trading platforms. Collaborating with engineering teams, you will provide L1/L2 support for the digital platform and will manage incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement long-term fixes.
What You Offer :
- Programming expertise of 4 - 9 years in Python for tool and automation development.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, with exposure to Azure or GCP as a plus).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions).
- Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, ELK Stack).
- Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Good understanding of networking, security practices, and system administration (Linux/Unix).
- Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing quality support to internal and external clients.
