Key Responsibilities:


- End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the complete recruitment process for non-IT roles across the Group’s diverse industries, with a primary focus on hospitality, construction, and food processing.

- Target-Driven Performance: Meet and exceed recruitment targets, delivering high-quality hires within stipulated timelines.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers from various business units to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

- Candidate Sourcing: Use various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, and networking, to identify and attract top talent.

- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support related to the recruitment process and general HR operations in the Chennai office, accounting for approximately 10% of the role.

- Travel: Be prepared to travel within India for administrative tasks and occasionally to Singapore on a work visa as required by the business.

- Process Improvement: Continuously enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and legal requirements.


Skills and Qualifications:


- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment, with a preference for candidates from recruitment firms.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced HR certifications or qualifications are a plus.

- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and detail orientation in managing recruitment documentation and processes.

- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

- Tech Savvy: Proficient in using recruitment software, ATS, and other HR tools.

- Independent Contributor: Ability to work independently and take initiative in managing recruitment activities without extensive supervision.


Work Environment:


- Hybrid Work Model: The candidate will be based in Chennai and is expected to work from the office at least two times a week or as required by business needs.
