- Employ a range of internet resources and social networking methods to find potential candidates.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of US employment terms, including W2, C2C, 1099, and various US visa categories.
- Exhibit experience working directly with clients, particularly in W2 hiring with a focus on non-IT positions.
- Possess excellent communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and clients.
- Recruit US Citizens and Green Card holders effectively.
- Demonstrate a solid grasp of both domain-specific and technology-driven recruitment processes.
- Extensive experience managing the full recruitment cycle for US-based roles.
- Proficiency in using Boolean search strings and other advanced sourcing techniques.
- Experience with job portals and social networking for candidate sourcing.
- In-depth knowledge of US employment terms and visa classifications.
