Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and marketplace ad platforms. Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient use of ad spend. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.2. Data Analysis & Reporting Track campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CAC, CVR, and LTV. Create weekly and monthly performance dashboards for leadership review. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior authorities.3. Marketplace Optimization Manage and optimize Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplace ads. Work closely with the e-commerce and creative teams to improve product listings, keywords, and ad placement. Track marketplace sales attribution from paid efforts.4. Strategy & Collaboration Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align campaign messaging with Decode Age’s brand tone and business goals. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes. Support new product launches and promotional campaigns with paid media strategies.Key Skills & Requirements 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media roles. Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and Amazon Advertising Console. Strong understanding of digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or Looker Studio. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data handling and reporting. Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and tell stories from data. Excellent communication and presentation skills for reporting to senior stakeholders.
